Kanokwan Green Curry Paste 50 g
Direction
– Stir Kanokwan Green Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top.
– Add 200g. of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water.
– Add round eggplant, sweet basil leaf and long red chili and wait until boiled.
– Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 3 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce, or salt)
Kanokwan Red Curry Paste 50 g
Direction
– Stir Kanokwan Red Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top.

– Add pea eggplant, sweet basil leaf and long red chili and wait until boiled.
– Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 3 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce, or salt)
Kanokwan Yellow Curry Paste 50 g
Direction
– Stir Kanokwan Yellow Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears ontop.
– Add 200g. of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water.
– Add potato, carrot and onion and wait until boiled.
– Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 3 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce, or salt)
Kanokwan Massaman Curry Paste 50 g
Direction
– Stir Kanokwan Massaman Curry Paste with 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk until oil appears on top.
– Add 200g. of any kind of meat. Stir until cooked then add 1 cup (240 ml) of water.
– Add potato, onion and peanut and wait until boiled.
– Adjust the seasoning. (Suggestion: 3 tsps of sugar, 1 tsp of fish sauce, or salt)
Kanokwan Tom Kha Paste 50 g
Direction
– Boil 2 cups (480 ml) of coconut milk until boiled. Add Kanokwan Tom Kha Paste.
– Add 200g. of any kind of meat. Boil until cooked. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water.
– Add mushroom and bring to a boil. Adjust the seasoning and sprinkie with cilantro, kaffir lime leaf and long red chili.
Kanokwan Tom Yum Paste 30 g
Direction
– Boil 2 cups (480 ml) of water. Add Kanokwan Tom Yum Paste.
– Add shrimp, squid and mushroom or meat 200g. (0.4 lbs). Simmer until meat is thoroughly cooked.
– Taste and adjust the seasoning, then sprinkle on top with cilantro.
Kanokwan Pad Thai Paste 72 g
Direction
– Soak dried rice noodles 80-100g. Drain and set aside. Or fresh rice noodles 200g.
– Heat oil 1-3 tbsps in pan. Add frest shrimps 100g. and diced tofu 50g. Stir fry until meat cooked.
– Add an egg and wait until cooked without stirring.
– Add prepared rice noodles and Kanokwan Pad Thai Paste. Stir until fully cooked and fragrant.
– Add bean sprouts and chives. Stir fry until the ingredients mixed well together.
Kanokwan All Purpose Stir Fry Sauce 200 ml
Direction
– Bring 1-3 tbsps of cooking oil in a frying pan.
– Add 250g. (0.5 lbs) vegetables with 2 tbsps (50 g. for 2 persons) Kanokwan All Purpose Stir Fry Sauce. Stir until cooked.
– To retain the crispness of the vegetable, scald the vegetable and soak in cool water before frying with Kanokwan All Purpose Stir Fry Sauce.
Kanokwan Holy Basil Sauce 200 ml
Direction
– Bring 1-3 tbsps of cooking oil in a frying pan.
– Add 200g. of any kind of meat and stir until nearly cooked.
– Add Kanokwan Holy Basil Sauce. Stir until fully cooked and fragrant.
Kanokwan Oriental Braised Beef Seasoning Paste Beef 200 ml
Direction
– Marinate the desired meat. Cut into pieces (0.5 kg) in 100 g Oriental Braised Beef Seasoning Paste
– Fry until brown, fragrant.
– Add water to cover the meat, turn off the heat, cover the lid and continue to simmer until the meat is tender.
